So what is our worship service like?

God calls all peoples to worship him, and we praise him with songs of different genres that reflect the diversity of our city. Because God delights in renewing us, we eagerly confess our sins and receive God’s pardon. Having received God’s grace, we show grace to others in the church and in the city at large by our prayers and monetary gifts. The minister then preaches a sermon, followed by a time of communal reflection and Q&A. This is a safe and open forum for people to ask their questions or to share their comments and stories. After this, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper, which is a sign and guarantee of what Jesus has done for us on the cross. The minister ends the service by giving God’s blessings to the people so that they in turn may go and bless the city throughout the rest of the week.

Our service starts at 10:30 a.m. and we finish around noon.
